
My 1-hour Quick Question Session is a phone appointment* that is perfect for those times when you feel stuck in starting or growing your creative business!
Here is how it works for most clients:
1. Send me a booking request via the services page.
2. I'll reply to your request within 24 hours with a few date and time options for our appointment.
3. You choose a date and time that works for you and reply to the email.
4. I put our appointment on my calendar and then send you an invoice to pay securely online for the session.
5. Our appointment is considered "booked" and confirmed upon payment of the invoice.
6. If you are a new client, a separate email will be sent to you with a quick questionnaire for you to fill out to help me familiarize myself with your business and goals.
7. I will then call you at the phone number provided on your booking form and we get to work getting you unstuck and on your way to growing your business!
8. As the end of the hour approaches, I will do a check-in to see if you want to wrap up our call or if you want to extend for another hour for an additional $95. The decision is yours!

At the end of our hour-long session, I'll check in and ask if you'd like to extend our session for another hour at the $95 rate or if you prefer to stop and consider scheduling another session. The choice is totally up to you. (Most Quick Question clients find that an hour is the perfect amount of time to receive solid advice on the next step for their business.)
About follow-up and notes:
In general, quick question sessions are meant to be a quick-fix style of appointment that helps you clear any hurdles toward moving your business forward. Because of this, they generally do not require follow-up, since we usually figure out some clear direction for your next steps during the session that help you focus and get to the next step.
Because of the nature of quick question sessions, it will be up to you to keep notes during our discussion. This saves time so we can focus on the issue at hand.
If you prefer to have detailed notes emailed to you, please book a regular session so we can talk more in-depth during a recorded video chat session that I can then send to you to review at your leisure.
Short answer, not really, unless we agree to it during our session.
My strength and specialty is helping you get to your Next Best Step, therefore I consider each appointment a stand-alone session. One that gives you actionable steps and shines some light on the path ahead. When you reach another crossroads, I'll be right here to help you figure out which direction is the right one for you!
To be quite honest, the way I like to work is to consider myself a trusted advisor that you can call when you feel like you need help figuring out what to do next. Whether that is something big like, "Am I ready to do this big, expensive show?" to something more open-ended like, "Is my branding going in the right direction?"
If you're looking for more of a "life coach" type consultant - one who checks in regularly and makes sure you're on task - you might be better off talking to another consultant.
Here's the bottom line:
Throughout your journey, you'll come up against some roadblocks - some big, some small. I can help you discover what those blocks are all about and then give you some motivation and traction to propel you to the next stage of your journey as a creative entrepreneur!
Cancelations and requests for refunds are accepted up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. After that, all pre-paid sessions are non-refundable unless other arrangements have been made with Marlo M. directly.
