Requests for Refunds - Classes and Workshops
Requests for refunds are accepted up to 24 hours before your scheduled class. After that, all pre-paid sessions are non-refundable unless other arrangements have been made with Marlo M. directly.

What will we talk about in our 1/2 hour phone evaluation?
The purpose of this complimentary time is for us to get to know each other and decide whether I am the right consultant to help you with your creative business. Most of the time, I'll tell you a little more in-depth about my background and then I'll ask you a bunch of questions related to your business to see if my knowledge will be helpful for you.
What happens after the 1/2 hour phone evaluation?
After our consultation call, if you'd like to continue our conversation, we'll set up a day and time to talk more in-depth about your business. I'll give you a list of things to prepare for our appointment and then we'll schedule our next chat so we can dig in and get you moving toward your next best step!
Is there a lot of follow up after our appointments?
