Online Photo Overview - 24 hrs

Service Description

(For NEW CLIENTS only) Marlo M. will take a look at your online photos and within 24 hours, provide a quick overview of the photos on your online store, Etsy shop, or other online portfolio of your products. Included will be suggestions on improving your photography and resources shared as needed to help your photography best represent your work. This is a great for those who know that there is something about their product photography that needs improvement but are having a hard time figuring out exactly what is missing. It is a very quick way to find out some easy first steps toward creating great photos of your work and not meant to replace our in-depth reports or private lessons. After confirmation of payment, a quick questionnaire form will be sent to you and your report returned within 24 hours of receiving your answers. If, upon review of your photos, it is determined that we won't be able to provide satisfactory help for your photos, we will contact you and refund your purchase price immediately. (This often happens when an artist has product photos that are actually really great and there is not much to be improved upon!) Please note that the 24 hour turnaround time-clock starts from time we receive your answers. If our return email is not time-stamped within 24 hours of your confirmed submission, you may request a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

Business consultations and photography skills session cancellations accepted within 24 hours of appointment time with full payment refunded within 48 hours of cancellation. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable unless directly authorized by Marlo Miyashiro in writing. Please email for more info.
